Thank you for visiting my portfolio website stylepix.net. This policy explains what data I collect, why I use it, on what legal grounds, how long I retain it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

What information do I collect?

While browsing the site, I may collect technical data about your device: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, and link clicks. If you contact me through the form on the site, I collect your name, phone number, and email address — solely to respond to your inquiry.

How do I use your information?

I use the collected data solely to respond to your specific request, to communicate with clients and prospective clients, to analyze site traffic, and to improve how the site works. I do not use your data for newsletters, advertising, or any other purposes unrelated to your specific request, and I do not sell it to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

I process contact form data based on the legitimate interest of responding to your request and, if needed, entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR). I process analytics data (Google Analytics) based on your consent, given through the cookie banner on the site (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your cookie settings.

Statistical Information:

I keep aggregated statistical records of the number of site visitors — no individual visitor profiles are created outside of Google Analytics.

Google Analytics:

The site uses Google Analytics — a web analytics service by Google Ireland Limited. These cookies are loaded only after your consent through the cookie banner on the site.

Sharing your information:

Data from the contact form on the site is processed through the third-party service Web3Forms, which receives your message and forwards it to my email (Gmail); more details on how this service processes data are available in its own privacy policy. I do not share your personal information with other third parties without your consent, except as required by law, or for services technically necessary for the operation of the site and the form (hosting provider, Web3Forms, Google Analytics). Technical data is processed by the site's hosting provider, and analytics data by Google Analytics, with whom a data processing agreement (DPA) is in place. Since my email is hosted on Gmail, Google also acts as a data processor when storing it in the mailbox.

Protecting your information:

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No security system is perfect, and I cannot guarantee absolute security of information.

Google Analytics data usage policy:

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze site usage. Data on site usage may be transferred to and stored on Google's servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Such transfer takes place on the basis of mechanisms recognized by the European Commission as adequate — Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google processes this data on my behalf to generate reports on site usage.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time through the cookie settings on the site or in your browser settings — this will not affect access to the site's main content.

Data Retention Period:

Data from the contact form is stored in my email for no longer than necessary to respond to your request and maintain a business relationship — typically no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to alex[at]stylepix.net.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction if it is inaccurate; request deletion of the data; restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing; withdraw your given consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country.
